a suspicious vehicle. Upon further investigation,
Gary S. Haberland was arrested without incident for the alleged offenses of Possession of Heroin and Possession of a Regulated
Narcotic.
Haberland will appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on September 12 to answer to these alleged offenses.
