Arrest - Fugitive From Justice

Defendant:  Zackery Rawson, 21, Cornish NH

On October 27th the Springfield PD received information that a Zackery Rawson may be at a residence in Springfield, VT and that he had a country-wide extraditable warrant.  Upon arrival at the residence, officers observed a male subject allegedly matching Rawson's description take off running thru the nearby woods.  After a short foot pursuit, Rawson was taken into custody.

Rawson was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail and will be arraigned on the alleged Fugitive charge on October 30th in Windsor County Criminal Court.
