On
11-19-2017 Officers were called to a residence where neighbors could hear a female
screaming for someone to help her. On arrival Officers allegedly saw a male subject standing
over a female about to strike her. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to
the Springfield Police Department. The female was transported to the Springfield Hospital where
she was treated for injuries allegedly caused by the defendant.
The defendant was lodged at
Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or surety and arraigned on November 20th in Windsor County Criminal Court.
