Department and advised dispatch that she was going back to the Carr residence

allegedly told to leave and not go back. She allegedly told the police
department that she was
going so that she would be arrested.
A short time later the police responded to
the Carr residence where allegedly
Schaefer was refusing to leave and being disorderly. Schaefer was arrested for allegedly refusing to
