On 03/10/2018 Officers made contact with a female who
advised that she was being harassed by Joshua Webster. A check revealed that Joshua
has active Conditions of Release not to have any contact with the victim.
On 03/11/2018 Hartford
Vermont Police
Department took Joshua into custody on an active warrant. Joshua was issued a citation for Violation of
Conditions of Release to appear at a later date.
Joshua was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal
Court on March 12th, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Violation of Conditions of
Release.
