Incident: Springfield Police were notified that Christopher Merritt was on Conditions of Release and was
allegedly violating those conditions by breaking an alleged 24 hour curfew. A
check of court paperwork found that there was a 24 hour curfew imposed on Merritt. Merritt was found on
Main Street and arrested for allegedly violating his conditions.
Christopher Merritt was cited to appear in Windsor County
Criminal Court on May 21, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Violation of Conditions of
Release x 2. Christopher Merritt was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional
Facility in lieu of $15,000.00 cash or surety bail.
