Summary of Incident:
On 06/27/18, Heather Lapre
entered the lobby of the Springfield Police Department and allegedly began yelling and screaming vulgarities
at two on duty dispatchers. Lt. Fountain and Chief Johnston were summoned to the lobby and upon encountering Mrs.
Lapre, Lt. Fountain allegedly attempted to calm her down and she
allegedly continued to yell and scream vulgarities at him. Mrs. Lapre then exited the lobby and entered the police department
parking lot and allegedly continued to yell and scream vulgarities.
Mrs. Heather Lapre was subsequently
issued a citation to appear on 08/21/18 in Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to the alleged charge of
Disorderly Conduct.
