07/06/2018 while Officers were searching for a missing person, it was discovered
that Thomas Emerson was in the parking lot of the Springfield Hospital.
Officers observed
Emerson allegedly trying to inject heroin. Emerson was arrested for the alleged
offenses of Impeding, DLS, and Possession of Heroin.
Emerson was cited to
appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit, located in White
River Junction, Vermont, on 8/28/2018 to answer to the alleged charges.
