Summary of Incident:

On 06/29/2018 at approximately 1455 hours Officers were dispatched to the area of 215 Middle Road for a single vehicle collision. Troy Thibodeau was allegedly the operator of the vehicle. Following a brief investigation, Troy was arrested for allegedly violating his active Conditions of Release. 

 Troy was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing. Troy was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 08/28/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Violation of Conditions of Release
at
