Summary of Incident:
On August 25, 2018 Springfield Police received a
report of two stolen bicycles from a residence on South Street. Investigation developed
information implicating Nathan Heist of Springfield. Investigation lead to the two bicycles being
recovered and returned to the owner.
Heist is alleged to have been involved in the theft of the
bicycles and was subsequently cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on October 23, 2018 to
answer to the alleged charge of Petit Larceny.
