09/14/2018 at approximately 1357 hours I was dispatched to the Springfield Hospital
for the report
the defendant was yelling and swearing at staff and punching himself in the
head. Upon arrival
I observed the defendant punch a door, yelling, swearing, and making threats
against myself
and staff at the hospital. Tyler was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal
Court on 11/13/2018
to answer to the alleged charge of Disorderly Conduct.
