Summary of Incident:
On 08/29/2018 at
approximately 1414 hours the defendant's vehicle was stopped at the end of Pleasant Street, getting ready to turn onto Valley
Street. After I passed the vehicle, Officer Moriglioni, my field
training officer who was sitting in the passenger seat, recognized the driver as Amanda Barbour who was criminally suspended.
After stopping the vehicle, Barbour admitted that she was currently suspended. Barbour was cited to appear in Windsor
County Criminal Court on October 23rd,2018 to answer to
the alleged charge of criminal DLS.
