On 02/08/2019 Officers were dispatched to the area
of the McDonald's for a report of a subject slumped over the wheel. Officers located the vehicle and made contact
with the operator. The operator was allegedly Thomas Keck. Thomas was
arrested and transported to Springfield Hospital.
Thomas was cited to appear in Windsor County
Criminal Court on 04/02/2019 to answer to the alleged charge of DUI and Possession of Narcotic.
