Summary of Incident:
On March 10th 2019 Officer were alerted to
an alleged erratic operator traveling West on Vermont Route 11.
Officers were able to locate the
vehicle in the Springfield Plaza. The operator was identified as Gerald Weeks who was
subsequently arrested for the alleged offense of DUI .
Weeks was cited to appear in
Windsor County Criminal Court on March 26th, 2019 to answer to the alleged charge of DUI.
