03/22/2019 at approximately 2228 hours Officers made contact with Joseph
Higginbotham who allegedly had an active Arrest Warrant out of Vermont as well
as an active Arrest Warrant out of
New Hampshire.
Joseph was arrested and transported to the Springfield Police Department
for processing.
Joseph was cited to
appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 03/25/2019 to answer to the alleged charge of Fugitive from Justice. Joseph
was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu
of $20,000 cash or surety bail.
