Summary of Incident:
Officers
and Troopers responded to an address on Park Street for report that Miki Seaver
was staying at the residence. It was reported that Seaver had an
outstanding arrest warrant. On arrival Seaver was taken into custody without
incident.
Seaver was cited to appear in Windsor County
Criminal Court on April 1st
2019 to answer to the alleged charge
of Failure to appear. Seaver was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of 500 cash or
surety bail.
