Summary of Incident:
On 04/06/2019 at approximately 1837 hours Officers
conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Main Street. Jesse Kennett was allegedly the
operator. It was discovered that Jesse had an active arrest warrant. Jesse was arrested and
transported to the Springfield Police Department. Jesse was subsequently lodged
at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 cash or surety bail.
