A complaint
was received regarding a subject soliciting explicit photos from multiple subjects in
the schools. During this investigation other non related incidents were disclosed that allegedly
involved Gregory Messer.
Further investigation of these other incidents yielded information
that Gregory Messer allegedly restrained and forced sexual acts on numerous female subjects.
Allegedly there were other incidents that Gregory sent explicit photos without consent.
Gregory Messer
was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on August 21st and was issued conditions of release for the alleged offenses prior to being released.
On August 21st, following Messer's time of arraingment a No Bail warrant was issued for his arrest when he failed to appear in court to answer to the above charges. Messer was subsequently located at a local residence and was taken into custody by officers and lodged at SSCF until his arraignment on August 22nd.
