that Robert Ottendorf may be at a residence in Springfield visiting a friend, and that
Ottendorf had conditions of release and one of those conditions were to remain in his residence on 24
hour curfew except for a few minor exceptions.
Ottendorf was located at a
residence in Springfield, where as his residence is in Brattleboro, VT.
Ottendorf was cited to appear in Windham County Criminal Court (court for which his conditions had originally been issued from) on October 17th to answer to the alleged violation.
