2119 hours Officers conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Edgar May
building. The operator of the vehicle allegedly attempted to switch seats with the passenger. The
operator was identified as Tammy Sears. Sears was arrested for DUI and Criminal DLS and
transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
Sears was issued citations for
DUI and Criminal DLS and ordered to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on November 28th to answer to the alleged charges.
