several checks being cashed against her account. It was determined
through video surveillance that Jacob Martinez
was the alleged offender. Martinez allegedly had written
checks to himself and from the victim's account.
Martinez was cited to appear in Windsor Criminal Court on May 16th to answer to the alleged charges.
