Summary of Incident:
The defendant was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Family Division, Windsor Unit, on April 4th, 2018, for allegedly yelling in the hallway of his apartment house and threatening to kill his downstairs neighbor.

Summary of Incident:
On 2/10/18, officers responded to River Street to investigate two calls regarding a man who was acting disorderly and evidencing signs of drug impairment and mental instability. 
Nicholas Lynch was subsequently arrested for alleged Negligent Operation and Disorderly Conduct. He was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on April 3rd, 2018. 
He was subsequently lodged by probation officers for various furlough violations.

Summary of Incident:
On 02-10-2018 at approximately 2252 hours Springfield Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for an alleged minor motor vehicle offense. Upon investigation Katelynn Thibodeau was taken into custody for alleged possession of heroin.
Thibodeau was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on April 3, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge.

Defendant:   Kathleen Shattuck, 31 years of age of Springfield, VT
Summary of Incident:
On February 12, 2018 at 2313 hours Shattuck was pulled over on Charlestown Road for an equipment violation. The officer detected an odor of alcohol and requested Shattuck perform field sobriety exercises. Indicators of impairment were observed and Shattuck was arrested on suspicion of operating under the influence. Shattuck and her infant child were transported to the Springfield Police Department.
Shattuck was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on February 27, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of operating under the influence.

Summary of Incident:
In October 2017, the Springfield Police Department was notified of a theft of a Special Olympics donation can from a local convenience store. Elliot Watkins was allegedly identified as the thief. Watkins was located in February 2018 and cited for Petit Larceny. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on 4/3/18.

Defendant:  Ronald Ramos, 55, Bellows Falls
Summary of Incident: Ramos was operating a vehicle stopped for an alleged inspection violation. Suspected heroin was located within the vehicle. Investigation later revealed that Ramos allegedly had involvement with the heroin. He was later taken into custody. 
Ramos was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on 3/20/18 to answer to the alleged charge.

Defendant: Casey McAllister, 25, Montpelier VT
Summary of Incident: On February 7, 2018 at about 0828 hours, officers responded to a report of a subject slumped over the steering wheel in a parking lot. While responding, information was received that the vehicle was headed north on the Interstate. The vehicle was located and was stopped. Indicators of drug activity were present and suspected heroin was located in the vehicle. The subject was taken into custody for alleged heroin possession. He showed indicators of being under the influence and a Drug Recognition Expert was summoned to evaluate him and concurred that he appeared to be impaired.
McAllister was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on [4/17/18] to answer to the alleged charges.

Summary of Incident: On 2-2-2018 The Riverside Middle School contacted the Springfield Police reference a juvenile allegedly bringing marijuana to school. The marijuana was seized and the juvenile was identified. On 2-5-2018 the Juvenile was issued a notice of delinquency.
Juvenile was cited to appear in Windsor County Family Court on 4-4-2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Minor Possession of Marijuana

Jonathan Gray (Darling) was cited to appear in Windham County Criminal Court on 02-02-2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Arrest on Warrant. Gray was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash or surety bail.

Carr was arrested for allegedly possessing a regulated drug.
