Summary of Incident:
Complainant called advising that Strong-Lawson was following her in violation of Strong-­Lawson’s conditions of release. Complainant also advised that Strong-Lawson was on a 24 hours curfew.
Strong-Lawson was located and taken into custody on the alleged violation of his conditions of release.
Strong-Lawson was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on Monday May 20, 2019 to answer to the alleged charge of Violation of Conditions of Release, four counts. 
Strong-Lawson was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash or surety bail.

Summary of Incident:
On 05/06/2019 at approximately 2048 hours Officers made contact with Timothy Arbuckle. It was discovered that Timothy allegedly has active conditions of release and he was allegedly violating these conditions. Officers attempted to take Timothy into custody and he resisted. Timothy was taken into custody and transported to the Springfield Police Department.

Timothy was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 05/07/2019 to answer to the alleged charges of Violation of Conditions of Release and Resisting Arresting.

Arrest - Leaving the Scene of a Crash

Defendant: Tyler Rowe, 28, Charlestown, NH

Summary of Incident: On April 10, 2019 in the early morning hours the temporary bridge at the construction project located on Chester Road was struck, causing damage to the equipment there. Investigation revealed the Rowe was the alleged operator of the vehicle that struck the equipment.
Rowe was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 7/9/19 to answer to the alleged charge of LSA.

Summary of Incident:
On the evening of 4-20-2019 Officers were called to the Riverside Middle School for a report that there was a physical altercation. On arrival contact was made with the victim who was subsequently transported to the Springfield Hospital for treatment. Investigation revealed that Juvenile BZ was allegedly the aggressor and instigated the altercation.

Juvenile BZ was cited to appear in Windsor County Family Court on July 3rd, 2019 to answer to the alleged delinquent act of simple assault

Summary of Incident: Dillingham allegedly took a vehicle without the owners consent. He was later located by officers and engaged in a foot chase. This was a violation of court ordered conditions of release.
Dillingham was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 5/6/19 to answer to the alleged charges of Operating Without Owners Consent; Eluding; Violation Conditions of Release.

Summary of Incident:
On 04/17/2019 at approximately 1303 hours I took a report of a burglary from the victim's residence. The victim advised that he found his Xbox One and video games to be missing and believed they were stolen. 
On 04/24/2019 a vehicle that the defendant was operating was involved in a traffic stop and the vehicle was seized for another investigation. During a search warrant of the vehicle, the stolen items were found and matched the serial number and description that the victim provided. 
On 05/01/2019 Corrina Carr was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 06/25/2019 to answer to the alleged charge of Possession of Stolen Property.
