Summary of Incident: 
On September 28, 2018 Springfield Police Officers were dispatched to the Shaw's Plaza for the report of a domestic assault in progress. Upon arrival, the subjects involved were identified and interviewed. 
As a result of the investigation, Courtney Campbell was arrested for the allegation of Domestic Assault.

Campbell was cited to appear in the Windsor County Criminal Court on October 1, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Domestic Assault.

On 09/22/2018 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on South Street. Travis Odice was allegedly the operator of the vehicle. Travis is criminally suspended. Travis was issued a citation for Criminal DLS to appear at a later date.
Travis was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on November 13th, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Criminal DLS.

Summary of Incident:

On July 20, 2018 a complaint was made against Murphy of threatening behavior towards a subject while on Factory Street in Springfield. 
The ensuing investigation resulted in cause for a citation to be issued to Murphy for Disorderly Conduct. Murphy was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit November 20, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Incident:
On Sunday evening (9/23/18) at approximately 2000 hours Officers made contact with Michael D'Angelo who had outstanding warrants for his arrest. D'Angelo was taken into custody and transported to the Springfield Police station where he was processed on an arrest warrant out of Windham County and a Windsor County ROM (Return on Mittimus) for a probation violation.
D'Angelo was cited to appear in Windham Country Criminal Court on Monday, September 24, 2018 to answer for the warrant. He was then lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield.

On September 22, 2018 at 1931 hours Runnells was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Defective exhaust system. A routine license check indicated that Runnells privilege to operate a motor vehicle in Vermont was currently under suspension. 
Runnells was taken into custody on the alleged charge of Driving after License Suspension (DLS). She was transported to the Springfield Police station where she was processed and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on November 13, 2018. She was then released on the citation to appear.

Summary of Incident:
On September 15, 2018 at 1811 hours Springfield Police made contact with Breed on Main Street in regards to a larceny complaint being investigated. During this contact Breed was found to have an active arrest warrant for her out of Sullivan County, NH, for possession of heroin. Breed was taken into custody on the warrant. She was also issued a citation for Petit Larceny stemming from the original reason for contacting her.
Breed was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor County Criminal Division on Monday September 17, 2108 at 1230 hours to answer to the alleged charge of being a fugitive from justice. Breed was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000.00 cash or surety bail on the fugitive charge.
Breed was also issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor County Criminal Division on November 13, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Petit Larceny.

On 09/14/2018 at approximately 1357 hours I was dispatched to the Springfield Hospital for the report the defendant was yelling and swearing at staff and punching himself in the head. Upon arrival I observed the defendant punch a door, yelling, swearing, and making threats against myself and staff at the hospital. Tyler was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 11/13/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Disorderly Conduct.

On 09/15/2018 at approximately 1800 hours the defendant was threatening and harassing the victim via text messages. The victim who was being harassed blocked the defendant and the defendant used another account on Facebook and continued to harass the victim. The defendant then started texting the persons direct phone number and drove by the victim's residence yelling out of her vehicle. Rogers was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 10/30/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Disorderly Conduct by Electronic Device.

Heist was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $30,000 cash or surety bail. Heist was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on 09-20-2018 at 1230 hours to answer to the warrants.
Heist has since been remanded back to Southern State Correctional Facility after arraignment.

Officers made contact with Charles who was just up the road. A search of Charles allegedly revealed two flashlights. Charles was issued a citation for Retail Theft to appear at a later date.

After I passed the vehicle, Officer Moriglioni, my field training officer who was sitting in the passenger seat, recognized the driver as Amanda Barbour who was criminally suspended. 
After stopping the vehicle, Barbour admitted that she was currently suspended. Barbour was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on October 23rd,2018 to answer to the alleged charge of criminal DLS.

Summary of Incident:
On the night of 8/31/18, a resident of Pearl Street contacted the Springfield Police Department to report that an unknown male had knocked on his door holding what appeared to be bags containing heroin and had accused him of selling the stuff to his girlfriend. 
The caller reportedly told the man that he had the wrong house and directed him to the house next door. Springfield Police later stopped to speak with Morrell, who fit the description of the mystery knocker, after he was observed emerging from Park Street while engaged in a dispute with a female. 
A warrants check revealed that Morrell had an active 2017 warrant for his arrest for the alleged sale of heroin. Morrell was arrested and lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility.

Summary of Incident:
On 09/03/18 at approximately 0043 hours Springfield Police received a report of suspected child abuse from Springfield Hospital. It was reported that a juvenile was being treated for injuries received from an alleged assault. Investigation found that at approximately 2300 hours on 09/02/18 the juvenile was allegedly assaulted by Winter at a residence in Springfield, VT. 
The assault is alleged to have involved a weapon, a baseball bat. Winter was subsequently arrested later in the early morning hours of 09/03/18.
Winter was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on 09/04/18 to answer to the alleged charge of Aggravated Domestic Assault and subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility without bail.
