Kerri was arrested and transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing. After processing Kerri was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail.

Summary of Incident: On 07/06/2018 while Officers were searching for a missing person, it was discovered that Thomas Emerson was in the parking lot of the Springfield Hospital. 

Officers observed Emerson allegedly trying to inject heroin. Emerson was arrested for the alleged offenses of Impeding, DLS, and Possession of Heroin.

Summary of Incident: Springfield Police were dispatched to Wall St. in Springfield, VT along with the Springfield Ambulance for a reported medical issue. Upon investigation Rodney Gleason was taken into custody for alleged violation of conditions of release and violation of a restraining order.
Gleason was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on July 20, 2018 at 1230 hours to answer to the alleged charges and subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000.00 cash or surety bail.

Defendant: Steven Morway (DOB 10/04/1988), Springfield Vermont

Summary of Incident: 

On 06/16/2018 Officers of the Springfield Police Department responded to the area of the Circle K Truck Stop for a report of an individual who may be intoxicated. While the Officers were en route, the caller advised that the individual in question went to the Holiday Inn. 

The caller advised that the individual was operating a Nissan Rogue bearing a New Hampshire registration. The investigation led the Officers to the room of Steven Morway, who was the registered owner of said vehicle. 

Officers met with Morway and after discussing the complaint with Morway, the officers were advised they could come in and look around. After a brief discussion with Morway, the Officers observations of Morway's behavior which were indicative of heroin usage, it was brought to his attention, and he advised he had a little bit of heroin on him. Morway allegedly was found to be in possession of 90 bags of suspected heroin. 

Morway was arrested for the alleged possession of heroin, and transported to the Springfield Police Department to be processed.

Steven Morway was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit, located in White River Junction, Vermont, on 8/07/2018 to answer to the alleged charges.

On 07/19/2018 Officers observed suspicious behavior between two subjects occurring on Main Street and Valley Street. Officers made contact with the two subjects and conducted a search of them. 
Cody Crawford was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected heroin. 
Cody was arrested and transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing. Cody was issued a citation for Possession of Heroin to appear at a later date.

Cody was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on July 24th, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Possession of Heroin and was released to members of the Springfield Probation & Parole Office

Summary of Incident:
On 07/11/2018 at approximately 1425 hours Adam Currier was observed walking down Mineral Street. Officers were aware that Adam had an active arrest warrant for Trafficking Heroin. Officers made contact with Adam and he was arrested on the active warrant. During a search of Adam, he was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Adam was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
Adam was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 09/04/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Possession of Controlled Substance. Adam was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash or surety bail on the arrest warrant.

Summary of Incident: On July 1, 2018 a Family Dollar representative called and reported that some money had been stolen from their safe. A description of the subject was given as well as a potential first name. This information provided enough clues as to a possible suspect. Officer Moriglioni went and  spoke with the suspect, Justin Gomez.
Gomez was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on August 21, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Petit Larceny.

Allen was currently lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility reference an alleged Vermont State Arrest Warrant on $25,000.00 bail for an alleged Furlough Violation.
Trevor Allen was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on July 02, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Fugitive from Justice. 
Allen was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash or surety bail consecutive to his current $25,000.00 bail.

Summary of Incident:

On 06/29/2018 at approximately 0907 hours Officers observed a vehicle pulled over on the side of Chester Road and the male appeared to be slumped over the steering wheel. Officers gave the male Narcan and he was revived. 

The male was identified as Ryan Buckley. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle and Ryan was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected heroin. 

Ryan was arrested and transported to the Springfield Police Department after refusing medical attention. Ryan was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 08/28/2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Possession of Heroin. 

Ryan was then lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on a Probation Violation.

Salzinger is being charged with Aggravated Disorderly Conduct and Stalking due to his behavior. Investigation into the bus driver is ongoing.

Summary of Incident:
On 06/27/18, Heather Lapre entered the lobby of the Springfield Police Department and allegedly began yelling and screaming vulgarities at two on duty dispatchers. Lt. Fountain and Chief Johnston were summoned to the lobby and upon encountering Mrs. Lapre, Lt. Fountain allegedly attempted to calm her down and she allegedly continued to yell and scream vulgarities at him. Mrs. Lapre then exited the lobby and entered the police department parking lot and allegedly continued to yell and scream vulgarities.
Mrs. Heather Lapre was subsequently issued a citation to appear on 08/21/18 in Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to the alleged charge of Disorderly Conduct.
