On May 13th, Officers were asked to check on a male subject at the McDonalds who was
described as not acting right. On arrival contact was made with Nourse who allegedly appeared to be impaired.
During the investigation a small amount of heroin was located. A
search was conducted of the vehicle and several pieces of paraphernalia were
also located.
Nourse was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on July 11, 2017 to answer to the alleged charge.
