motor vehicle stop on Clinton St.
The operator of this vehicle, Brian
P. Enright, was found to be allegedly operating without an ignition interlock
device, which was required by the Vermont Department of Motor
Vehicles.
Enright was issued a citation to appear
in Windsor County Criminal Court on July 18th to answer to this charge.
