06/21/17, Springfield Police were dispatched to Spencer Hollow Road to investigate a
motor vehicle accident. Neither occupant reported any injuries. Investigation revealed that
Conrad Moore had allegedly been operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Moore was arrested and transported to the police station for processing. Moore allegedly broke a
telephone belonging to the Springfield Police Department when he became angry while speaking
with a relative about his situation.
Moore was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on July 11th to answer to the above alleged charges.
