On the evening of July 13, a 16 year old male reportedly punched an adult male in the head multiple times
in front of a mercantile establishment located in the Springfield Plaza.
The victim declined to file a complaint. The
accused made a counter allegation, claiming that the victim had thrown a rock
at him first.
The accused also declined to file a complaint. Since this incident occurred in a public place while
businesses were open, enforcement action was taken based on statements provided
by store employees.
The juvenile was cited to appear on October 4th in Windsor County Family Court.
