It is alleged that on August 19, 2017 Sgt. Moriglioni
pulled into a convenience store and
observed a male subject getting into a motor vehicle and start it. Sgt. Moriglioni recognized the subject as John Johnston and
knew he had been previously criminally suspended. After an alleged conversation with Johnston
about operating the vehicle, he was issued a
citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on October 10th for DLS-C.
