a suspicious circumstance.
Upon investigation, Kathleen Fellows was
cited into Windsor Superior Court-Criminal Division for alleged False
Impersonation, False Pretenses, and Unauthorized Removal of Human
Remains.
Fellows will appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on October 3rd to answer to the alleged charges.
