Akalis called police for assistance as she was stranded in
Springfield, Vermont. She allegedly
began repeatedly hollering and swearing at a subject in the area,
in close proximity to several houses. Akalis submitted to a preliminary breath
test, indicating that she was heavily under
the influence of alcohol. She was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 bail and hold until 0.000% BAC.
Akalis was arraigned on October 7th in Windsor County Criminal Court on the Disorderly Conduct allegation.
