responded to Wall Street for multiple reports of a heavily intoxicated male
carrying bottle of OJ & Vodka walking in the roadway.
Upon making contact with Fuller who fit
the description, he allegedly began yelling and swearing in a residential area. He was taken
into custody and transported to the hospital for medical clearance due to his alleged intoxication where he allegedly began yelling and swearing.
Fuller was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on a hold until BAC .000% and was arraigned on the alleged Disorderly charge on October 16th.
