On 12/17/2017 at approximately
1003 hours Officers were dispatched to the area of 30 Main Street for a report of a citizen's
dispute. Following a short investigation it was determined that Evan Willey had gotten into an
argument and left his residence. Willey was located walking down Main Street and upon Officers
speaking with him he took leg bail down Main Street and up Park Street.
Willey was taken into custody on Park Street and arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release. Willey was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing and issued a
citation for the Conditions of Release Violation to appear at a later date.
