Whalen was observed traveling at 87 MPH in a posted
40 MPH zone. Whalen kept operating
at a high rate of speed and went off the roadway on the Exit 7 Southbound On-Ramp.
Investigation revealed that he
was under the influence of alcohol at the time. He was processed and
released on a citation to appear for the alleged charges.
Whalen was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on January 16, 2018 to answer to the alleged charges
