reportedly observed being operated
over the yellow center line multiple times on Routes 5 and 11 in Springfield,
Vermont. Concerned motorists alerted police. The vehicle was subsequently located and stopped. Following a roadside
investigation, the defendant was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on January 30, 2018 for alleged Negligent Operation.
