Summary of Incident:
On 11/29/17 at approximately 11/29/17, a motorist
traveling on Park Street reported witnessing Maria Perez yelling at and assaulting two
pedestrians. All parties were gone when responding police units arrived on scene.
Through
investigation, the pedestrians were later identified, but they were not fully cooperative
with the investigation. Perez was located on a later date and based on the
caller's observations, she was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court,
Windsor Unit, Criminal Division, on 02/27/18 to answer to the alleged charge of
Disorderly Conduct.
