OF INCIDENT: On
1/4/18 Officers were sent to investigate the report that Mary Schaefer was reportedly
walking to Benjamin Carr's residence. Schaefer was on conditions not to have contact with Carr. After
an initial contact with Schaefer at which time she was advised not to have contact with Carr,
officers made contact with Schaefer, wherein she was arrested for the alleged offense of VCOR and
DC.
Schaefer was subsequently lodged at SSCF in lieu of $1000 cash or surety bail and was cited to appear on January 5th, 2018 to answer to the alleged charges.
