Summary of Incident: On
February 7, 2018 at about 0828 hours, officers responded to a report of a subject slumped over the steering
wheel in a parking lot. While responding, information was received that the vehicle was headed north on the
Interstate. The vehicle was located
and was stopped. Indicators of drug activity were present and suspected heroin
was located in the vehicle. The subject was taken into custody for alleged heroin possession. He showed indicators of
being under the influence and a Drug
Recognition Expert was summoned to evaluate him and concurred that he appeared
to be impaired.
McAllister was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on [4/17/18] to answer
to the alleged charges.
