On 2/10/18, officers
responded to River Street to investigate two calls regarding a man who was acting disorderly and
evidencing signs of drug impairment and mental instability.
Nicholas Lynch was subsequently
arrested for alleged Negligent Operation and Disorderly Conduct. He was cited to appear in Vermont
Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on April 3rd, 2018.
He was subsequently
lodged by probation officers for various furlough violations.
