was taken into custody for alleged 2" Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault.
Smith was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on 03-16-2018
to answer to the alleged charge of 2" Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault. Smith was
subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility and held until sober.
