violation and the operator allegedly failed to stop for the blue lights and
siren.
Upon investigation
Vincent Turcio was taken into custody for alleged attempting to elude and negligent operation.
Turcio was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court,
Criminal Division, Windsor Unit on April 24,
2018 at 0800 hours to answer to the alleged charges.
