On 03/09/2018 Officers were dispatched to the Springfield
Shopping Plaza for a report of a male subject who was allegedly creating a scene in
Family Dollar. The male subject then allegedly jumped on top of a vehicle in the parking lot.
The
male was identified
as Jerome Cloutier. Jerome was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal
Court on May 15th, 2018 to answer to the alleged
charge of Disorderly Conduct.
