On 02/25/2018 Officers conducted a traffic stop on a
vehicle on Wall Street. Christine Carvage was allegedly a passenger in the vehicle. A search
of the occupants and the vehicle was conducted. Christine was found to be in possession of
suspected heroin. Christine
was issued a citation for Possession of Heroin and Violation of Conditions of Release to appear at a later
date.
Christine was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal Court on May
1st, 2018 to answer to the alleged charges of Possession of Heroin and
Violation of Conditions of Release.
