Summary of Incident: Springfield Police attempted
to stop a motor vehicle for an alleged motor vehicle violation when the vehicle allegedly failed to stop for blue
lights and siren. As a result of the investigation Codi Merlin was
arrested for alleged cultivation of marijuana, reckless endangerment,
attempting to elude, gross negligent operation, excessive speed and leaving the
scene of an accident.
Merlin
was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit
on May 29, 2018 at 0800 hours to answer to the alleged charges.
