On 05/04/2018 Officers
conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on South Street. Bryan Bailey-Clark was allegedly the
operator of the vehicle. Bryan is Criminally Suspended. Bryan was arrested and
transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing. Bryan was issued a citation
for Criminal DLS to appear at a later date.
Bryan was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal
Court on July 10th, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Criminal DLS.
