Summary of Incident: Officer responded to the Springfield
Plaza to assist the Springfield Ambulance with a breathing but unresponsive male in a
motor vehicle. Upon arrival, officer's allegedly found heroin and prescription pill in Wright's
possession. Wright allegedly did not have a valid prescription for the medication. A check of
Wright's motor vehicle history found he was allegedly criminally suspended in the State of
Vermont.
Shad Wright was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court on July
17, 2018 to answer to the alleged charges of DLS Criminal and Possession of
Heroin.
