Summary of Incident:
On June 11, 2018 Officers
were responding to a suspicious incident in North Springfield, Vermont. It was reported that
the subjects allegedly involved left in a gray Chrysler 200 bearing VT registration HEB528. The
vehicle passed by responding officers who were able to turn around and make contact with
the vehicle and its operator. The operator was identified as Michael Merrill who is
allegedly criminally suspended.
Merrill was cited to appear in Windsor County Criminal
Court on August 7, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Driving While Criminally Suspended.
