Defendant: Terence Carr, 45, Springfield VT Summary of Incident:
On 06/27/2018 Officers made contact with a suspicious
vehicle parked in the lot of the Penguin Mart. Terence Carr was allegedly a passenger in the
vehicle.
A search of the occupants and the vehicle was conducted. Carr was
found to be in possession of suspected bath salts. Carr was arrested and transported
to the Springfield Police Department for processing.
Carr was issued a citation for Possession
of a Controlled Substance
to appear at a later date.
Carr was cited to appear in Windsor Country Criminal
Court on August 21st, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of Possession of a
Controlled Substance.
