Summary of Incident: Officers were dispatched to the
Springfield Mobil for a report of a disorderly man being aggressive to staff and customers.
Upon arrival, staff alleged that Darling was the accused and they wished Letter
of Trespass served on him. Officers located Darling on Elm Hill Road and allegedly
viewed a large filet knife on his person. Darling allegedly had Conditions of Release which
prohibited him from carrying knives.
Jonathan Darling/Gray (DOB 07-14-1972) was cited to appear
in Windham County Criminal Court on June 18, 2018 to answer to the alleged charge of
VCOR. Gray/Darling was subsequently lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of
$250.00 cash or surety bail.
